May I ask who is Noah and how can I get in touch with him? I haven't been able to get my money from this casino since I won it in June.

have you had any problems with Diceland. I played at Rome forever and won hardly nothing and switch over and won 3 times and now they wll not give me bonus' and they will give me no reason why..... they tell me to email and I never get an answer....

If there was a misunderstanding then I apologize. However all play bonuses are removed at time of withdrawal, that is standard industry policy and is in the T&C. Perhaps Trina was confirming your request of 1500. I've spoken to them and they claim to have sent you an email some days ago informing you about the bonus being removed. Again I'm sorry for the problem in communication but you can be sure that she did not intend to deceive you, she would have nothing to gain by telling you a different number when she knows you will see it in a few days. I do believe there was a misunderstanding.

I spoke to the Diceland accounts department and I'm afraid the $250 were removed because you redeemed a non-cashable $250 bonus before winning and so that bonus was removed from your withdrawal. They said they emailed you about this earlier today,
